| We arrived at Saigon, but it's not called that anymore. Ho Chi Minh died before the end of the Vietnam War and to honor his memory the Communist government named their biggest prize after him. Ho Chi Minh City has retained its place as the economic capital of Vietnam. It puts the hustle into the social scene and the bustle into business. |

Ho Chi Minh City probably has more mopeds per square
inch than any other place on Earth. It also has more people per moped.
A moped is a family vehicle. Kids cling to any part and the in-laws
ride on the muffler.
