| Some of these Bazaruto islands are no more than giant sand dunes. We sailed to one of
these sand islands today and flopped around on the dunes. When we felt especially industrious we dug
up sand crabs and held races. Best of all, the islands are safe from land mines, something not mentioned
in the tourist brochures but still a definite plus.
