Itinerary
Trip 2001
December 7 Togo is a small and prosperous African country. We ride on tarmac covered roads to the capital, Lome, the major port and center of Togo's business. Lome is best known for its markets, the most impressive is the voodoo fetish market that sells animal skeletons, bird carcasses, animal fetuses and other magical herbal medicines. Voodoo is still a powerful force in West Africa.
